Description: First annual ultimate quiz night and silent auction. All proceeds from this event will benefit over 1000 Special Olympics athletes in the Southwestern Illinois Area. Doors and auction open at 6:30pm with the Ultimate Quiz beginning at 7:30pm. The trivia for this event will consist of 6 rounds of 15 questions written by grade school students and teachers. The Ultimate Quiz Night questions are formatted after the hit Fox Show \”Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader\”. The top 2 tables in the class will win a cash prize for being smarter then the average grade-schooler. This event will include a cash bar as well as a 50/50 raffle, bonus balloon pop, and additional games. Each table is encouraged to bring their own holiday style snacks and table decorations. There will be a prize given to the best table spread! Tickets are $20 per person or $160 for a table of 8. Special Olympics Illinois is a 501 (c)(3) that provides year-round sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children (ages 8 years & older) and adults with intellectual disabilities. Our athletes have the opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other athletes and the community.
